I like the how they says that if you spend to much time on the phones and social media opportunity we go by untouched. I really agree with most of the points in the beginning of the video like how Social media isn't really that social. I however disagree with the saying that being with a group chat might as well be the same as being around a group of people

Read THIS blog post by a teacher. I mean actually read it. Take it in. Think about it. And then, write about it. What do you think about it? What is the teacher trying to say? In your own words explain what "the main event" is.


I think a lot of what he is saying is true about what school is really about and how he cares about his students. When he say that nobody thinks that its all about the academics, I don't think that true. I think that the people higher up think that but we know its more about learning not the test scores that they care about. The main event is learning about life experiences not the scores it about learning form mistakes and not letting that happening again.

Reflect on your stop-motion animation project. How did it go? What worked? What didn't work? If you're not finished - why? If you are finished go in to detail about the project and what you learned. Give as much detail and information as possible.

I think making the stop motion went okay except I wanted to make it a lot better but I ran out of markers. Once the pictures were done and we were working in movie maker everything went really well. For me the pictures weren't as good as I wanted to make them because I wanted to add more but didn't have the space. For me I learned how to use movie maker which I first i was nervous about using because I don't like to try new programs. I don't think this was my favorite project so far I think that I liked using prezi the most.

What is your idea for your stop-motion animation? Explain yourself. Have you started taking photos? If not, when do you plan to take your photos? What is your action plan for today? What is your plan to GET SOMETHING DONE?

My plan for my stop-motion animation is to make a paper track and have toy cars race around the track. I have not started taking photos yet. I plan to take the photos tonight when I get home. Today I plan on making the track for cars to race around. I then plan to make the video on Friday.

Stop motion animation is a movie taken with items moved very small amount  at one time and requires many pictures to make the movie.

Tell me about your 5 frame storyboard. What did you like about the project? What did you dislike? Was it hard to fit a story in to 5 images? Do you think you tell a clear story? What would you do differently if you could? Explain.


My five frame storyboard is about my cat eating a sandwich because it was out of food. I liked how easy the project was and how little time it took me to complete it. I didn't like how we had to come up with a story on the spot and have it approved. I think my story was easier to fit into five frames than others. The only thing I would do differently was to have my cat keep still while I took the pictures.

What is a storyboard? If you don't know, what do you think it is? How are storyboards used? What are some different ways that storyboards can be made?


A storyboard is kinda of like a comic but its just follows a story. Storyboards are used to tell story's as their name suggests. I don't know how many way you can make a storyboard except just like a regular comic strip.

yes we got all of our pictures taken on Tuesday. No i did not enjoy taking the photos because I don't like taking photos. I think you had us take the pictures because we are starting a new project with the photos.

What do you know about photography? When you take pictures what kind of camera do you use? Do you use your cell phone? Do you own a digital camera that is not your cell phone? Explain.

I don't ever really take pictures, I use my phone for my camera. I don't have another camera because I can always just use my phone because I always have my phone with me.  For me I don't want to spend hundreds of dollars on a camera when I have my phone.

Welcome back! How was your Spring Break? Tell me all about it. You've been out of school for 10 days so I know you will have plenty to share. Make it good!

I had a great Spring Break, even though I wish it would last longer. I didn't go anywhere  special for spring break. I went to work on my grandparents farm on the weekends. So I mainly stayed at home and played video games and watch basketball.

Prepare yourself... I want you to really THINK about this blog post. I mean really use your brain. What is the significance of an infographic? What is the point of pairing graphics and information together? What impact can this have on a reader or viewer. EXPLAIN.

I believe that the significance of a info graphic is a way to present Information in a different way. If you pair pictures and information together it can change the way you can learn. Information by itself with someone explaining it to you can be boring but, when you add pictures charts and graphs it creates a visual effect that draws peoples eyes to it. Colorful designs and and different set up will actually want to make a person learn in a creative way.

I feel like I could write a paper better so I would so i would rather write a paper. If i had the same amount of information i could write a paper because i know how to do that and I hate using Piktochart and I find it extremely difficult to use.

I feel like I'm pretty far along with my info graphic, I think that by the end of the hour today and if not I could have it done by Monday. I believe that I have used my time wisely because I didn't know how to use the program and having issues with it.

I believe that you had use brainstorm and collect information so we have a good idea on what to put in our info graph.  If we don't know what where doing that's going to cause problem and take more time.

Info graphics are graph and are used to present information. The benefit of an info graphic is that it presents information in a more interesting way. Many things go into a info graph including charts, pictures, lists, statistics.

I have not started my 5 paragraph essay. Due to the fact that I was absent from school. So my essay is not coming at all, it  is easy to write because the i haven't started.  I imagine that it will be helpful that i created a outline first.

Tell me about your Sweetheart weekend. If you didn't go to Sweetheart, what did you do? I want details!

My Sweetheart weekend was good, even thought I didn't go to sweetheart. My Brother invited all of his friends to our house to take pictures on our staircase so I spent my whole day cleaning on Saturday. On Sunday I watched the puppy bowl and the super bowl and I was really happy seattle won.

If a could change one thing it would be terrorism. It all way upsets me how innocent people have to die because one person makes a choice that effects so many in a bad way. Even though we try to solve this issue our efforts have not solved this problem.

A public service announcement is a video about public issues and they are very boring. They are pictures with sad music to have you donate your money to a problem that will never stop.

My three day weekend was great because I did absolutely  nothing. I sat in my basement played video game and watched breaking bad and i watched the NFL games. So I had a great weekend and I loved it.

What have you learned about Google Drive and Google Presentation so far? What do you like about it? What problems have you run in to? Is it better than PowerPoint? Explain.

I've learned the basics about Google Presentation but i still don't really know anything about Google Drive. I really like that you don't need to use a software on the computer. So far I haven't run into any problems yet, but I know that I will before to long. I haven't used it enough for me to decide weather it is better than powerpoint.

I believe that photos on the internet should be free game. If you post a picture or anything else on the internet you have to know that someone will try to steal it. If you post something and you don't want it to be used than don't post it. However, I do believe that people should get credit for something they posted because they came up with the idea.
